Materials for the Planning Commission meetings can be found at meetings.cob.org approximately two weeks before the meeting date.

• August 1^st - Two Public Hearings will be held on this date for the consideration of:
• 1) a draft ordinance amending Bellingham Municipal Code (BMC) Title 20 to allow recycling collection and processing centers in certain industrial zones and modify special requirements for such uses by amending BMC 20.08.020, BMC 20.16.020, and various other applicable sections of the land use development code;

• 2) a draft ordinance amending Bellingham Municipal Code (BMC) Title 20 to allow on-premise accessory and incidental alcohol service at eating establishments by amending BMC 20.08.020, BMC 20.16.020, and various other applicable sections of the land use development code.
